Shipping was as quick as it could be, being that it shipped from China to the United States. It arrived in great condition as far as the figure goes, but it can be expected that items that travel that far a distance tend to suffer some wear and tear and so the packaging and specifically the boxes were a little dinged up. If you are a collector of these figures and the boxes are of value to you, just consider that they may have some slight damage. Otherwise the three figures that I ordered are perfect, the transaction was simple, and I am quite satisfied with the whole experience.
I think the Wendy doll is so adorable - I love its little tush - mimicking a real-life baby. This design is fun and colorful, but the color is just okay - I don't love it. I would have liked it more if it had come in a different color combination, i.e., royal blue with white, or periwinkle & sky blue, hot pink paired with burgundy and red, something more vibrant and bold.
I love collecting Nanci dolls, so I am always excited to receive the package when it arrives. The design is nice and the plum color pretty - unfortunately, I received this doll with a broken wing. Otherwise, I would have rated it five stars.

It took a bit to get here, but I was VERY pleased with the care that went into ensuring both of my Hironos arrived safely and zero damage. The figures are legit and just as lovely as I thought they would be. I definitely would buy again.

It took a couple of weeks to come in but it came in a sealed blind box to my surprise. Really happy that I got exactly what I wanted after buying 4 of these from my local toy shop.
