1. Overview
This website, toysez.com, is operated by Hong Kong Tuoyizi Co., Limited (Company No. 81351426), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, trading as TOYSEZ ("TOYSEZ", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Many collectible figures are intended for collectors aged 15 and over and are not suitable for young children.
3. Products and Authenticity
TOYSEZ is an independent retailer of designer toys and collectibles. Every item we sell is an authentic product, inspected under TAL (TOYSEZ Authentication Lab) standards before dispatch. TOYSEZ is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell, such as Pop Mart. All brand names, character names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.
We make every effort to display products, colours and details accurately. Minor paint and finishing variations between production batches are normal for designer toys and are not defects.
4. Blind Boxes, Confirmed Styles and Sets

Confirmed Style: the box is opened by us to confirm the figure, so you receive the exact character listed. For some styles, especially older releases, the inner bag may also have been opened for inspection.

Sealed blind boxes and sealed display cases: the character inside is not known. Secret (chase) figures appear at the official odds stated by the brand and are never guaranteed.

Complete Set (Confirmed): includes every regular style of the series as listed on the product page. Secret figures are not included unless stated.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless you select another display currency. Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout; we do not store full card details. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities per customer, for example in cases of suspected fraud, resale abuse, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
7. Shipping and Risk
Shipping costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content on our site and channels. You confirm that your content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
10. Site Content
Text, photography, authentication guides, databases and other original content on this site belong to TOYSEZ or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, please email support@toysez.com and we will respond promptly.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOYSEZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TOYSEZ against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and changes apply to orders placed after the update.
