I'm LuLu — and I came from a can. That's not a metaphor — I literally crawled out of one, and I haven't looked back since. Life outside the can is strange and warm and full of things I didn't expect: sakura seasons, fitness clubs, ocean days, restaurant kitchens, wizard academies. I show up for all of it. Cici found me in 2014, made me out of wool and warmth, and I've been making my way into the world ever since. By 2019, I had a whole blind box series and a name for my fans: SPAM Fans. They get it. I'm not trying to be cool. I'm not trying to be anything. I'm just a little piggy elf who got out of the can and discovered that the world is a lot more interesting than it looked from the inside.

About LuLu the Piggy

LuLu the Piggy is an art toy IP created by Chinese independent artist Cici (Cici's Story), first introduced in 2014 as felted wool handcraft works and launched as a ToyZero Plus blind box collaboration in 2019 at the Shanghai STS Art Toy Show. The character — a whimsical pink piglet elf who "escaped from a luncheon meat can" — has become one of Asia's most beloved collectible IPs, known for its healing aesthetic, soft color palette, and devoted global fanbase. With over 40 series spanning blind boxes, plush keychains, vinyl figures, and collaborations, LuLu the Piggy continues to expand across themes from everyday life to seasonal specials. Designer: Cici

Cici is a Chinese independent handcraft artist and the founder of Cici's Story, the creative studio behind LuLu the Piggy. She began her artistic career in 2014, first gaining recognition for her felted wool works depicting whimsical piglet elves emerging from luncheon meat cans — a surreal, tender concept that would become the foundation of an entire collectible universe. In 2019, Cici brought LuLu the Piggy to the Shanghai STS Art Toy Show, where the character became an immediate breakout, earning a devoted following known affectionately as "SPAM Fans." That same year, Cici partnered with Hong Kong-based ToyZero Plus to launch the first official LuLu the Piggy blind box series, marking the character's transition from handmade artworks to a global collectible IP. Since then, LuLu the Piggy has expanded across dozens of blind box series, plush releases, and collaborations — consistently celebrated for its "healing" quality: soft design language, pastel palettes, and an unassuming warmth that resonates across age groups and collector communities worldwide.
