Zhang Ting is the founder and creator of Baby Three (娃三岁), a Chinese designer toy IP launched under the brand Cureplaneta in April 2023. Originally from rural Anhui province, Zhang Ting pivoted to the blind-box industry in late 2019 after years of retail livestreaming, spending three years building capital through Douyin streams and freelance prototyping before relocating to Dongguan to establish Da Piaoliang Toy Co. and a dedicated plush manufacturing operation. In April 2023, his team unveiled Baby Three — a candy-colored plush character conceived as a three-year-old toddler who feels every emotion at full blast. The character's distinctive oversized eyes and soft emotional expressiveness quickly resonated with collectors across Asia, propelling Baby Three into one of the fastest-growing independent blind-box brands on the market. Zhang Ting serves as founder and chairman of Cureplaneta, supported by CEO Xu Shaosheng and chief designer Yang Kaixuan, forming a creative team that has driven the brand's rapid international expansion.
