Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary Blind Box: Joyride Secret and My Regular Picks

by Yuki 08 Oct 2026

Joyride is the secret I would make room for in Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary: a little green fuzzy car, red star-shaped goggles and a blue flag rising above the driver. Its useful box-picking reference is 93.5g, but the more interesting clue is how tightly the contents sit from top to bottom.

This POP MART figure series has 12 regular designs and one secret, not thirteen variations of the same yellow hood. A flower wrapped in newspaper, a toilet-bound thinker and a tiny bath-time singer are the pieces that make the everyday theme work for me; the hidden profile comes first, then the regulars worth choosing on their own.

Joyride Secret: the 93.5g Weight and Shake Profile

Joyride from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary
Joyride / 去兜风 · Secret · 1/144

The combination worth separating from the pile

Reference weight: approximately 93.5g

  • Up and down: no noticeable travel.
  • Front to back: a small amount of clearance rather than a large loose movement.
  • Left and right: contact can be felt around the middle-to-lower area of the side walls with a light press.

I would start with the scale, keep the box upright, then check the vertical movement before turning to the front-to-back gap. The strongest match is the 93.5g reference together with vertical tightness and low side-wall contact, not the number on its own.

Keep the directional checks gentle and the side press light enough to leave the packaging intact. A box with generous vertical travel does not fit this profile; neither does a similar reading without the middle-to-lower side contact.

Why this secret changes the display

The green pile-covered car widens the figure close to the base, while the red goggles and blue flag keep the head from disappearing into that texture. Those low brown wheels are a useful visual anchor: Joyride looks like a small vehicle with a driver, rather than a star character sitting on a generic green platform.

That is the appeal for me, more than the 1/144 ratio. Sunflower is built around a broad crown of petals; Joyride turns the whole composition sideways into a low, green road-trip scene, giving the two very different outlines even before considering rarity.

The 12 Regular Figures: Small Scenes, Not Just Different Hats

My shortlist is Sunflower, Say Cheese! and Stay Curious. They give three distinct reasons to choose a regular: a complete flower-bouquet shape, a camera with a surprise at the back, and a sideways pose that interrupts a neat row of upright figures.

Sunflower from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Sunflower

Orange-yellow petals frame Sunflower's face above newspaper wrapping and a flower-shaped knot. It is my strongest standalone regular: the broad outline reads across a shelf, while the small blue tag rewards a closer look.

Say Cheese! from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Say Cheese!

The black camera sits in front of a yellow hood, with a purple eggplant character tucked behind the body. Display it at a three-quarter angle to keep both visible rather than hiding the best rear-view detail.

Stay Curious from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Stay Curious

A sideways lean, watermelon-red hood and tiny black-and-white companion give Stay Curious the most playful regular silhouette. It breaks up a row of upright yellow figures without needing a tall prop.

The Thinker from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

The Thinker

The Thinker sits on a cream-colored toilet, with dangling paper and a brown plunger above the head. Those lowered eyes make the joke wonderfully deadpan, perfect for a desk that needs a little absurdity.

Bathroom Crooner from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Bathroom Crooner

A pink polka-dot bow, pale foam and yellow duck turn Bathroom Crooner into a bath-time performance. The hand-held brush and blue puddle base make the scene easy to read beside the busier plant designs.

Grow at Ease from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Grow at Ease

Grow at Ease sits in an orange pot under a green hood, with patterned leaves rising around the face. The pot neatly contains the composition, making this a plant scene suited to a narrow shelf.

Mind Drift from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Mind Drift

A bright blue scarf crosses the yellow hood above a brown bench, with a tiny white bird beside the figure. The low seated pose gives a row of taller flowers and hats a welcome pause.

Eat Well Sleep Well from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Eat Well Sleep Well

A yellow bib with red lettering, raised chopsticks and a white mouthful make Eat Well Sleep Well instantly recognizable. The blue-edged dish completes the little meal, making it an easy single pick for a kitchen display.

A Blah Day from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

A Blah Day

A Blah Day peeks from a cream tote bag under an orange-shaped hood, with blue eyes above the printed drawings. That enclosing shape makes it a compact, self-contained figure rather than an accessory-heavy scene.

Welcome Home from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Welcome Home

Welcome Home wears a black-spotted white hood with long ears, standing beside a small companion on a pale green mat. Red side accents keep that mostly white silhouette from disappearing beside the yellow figures.

Run Into Spring from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Run Into Spring

Blue shorts, an orange shoulder ring and a white flower near the hood tip give Run Into Spring an outdoor look. The open-mouthed face and green base bring a livelier beat beside Mind Drift.

Cheers to Us from Twinkle Twinkle Live the Ordinary

Cheers to Us

The red teapot hood has a blue lid, with a green cup raised above the floral yellow outfit. Its handle and spout extend in opposite directions, so leave more side space than the round body suggests.

How I Would Buy Live the Ordinary

For one regular: Sunflower is my first choice because the petals and newspaper wrapping already make a finished display. Choose Say Cheese! for a figure worth viewing from both sides, or The Thinker if the plunger-and-toilet joke is what you actually want to live with on your desk.

For all 12 regulars: The opened whole set is the direct route to the regular lineup. The brand-new sealed whole set keeps the opening experience and a chance of Joyride; a 12-box case is not a promise of all 13 possible designs.

For Joyride alone: I would choose the confirmed secret if the fuzzy green car is the entire reason for buying. A random box makes more sense when a newspaper sunflower, eggplant-backed photographer or bathroom singer would also be a welcome result.

My Final Take

Live the Ordinary works best when the little props carry the personality. Sunflower has the clearest single-figure shape, Say Cheese! has the best rear-view surprise, and Joyride earns its place by bringing a different texture and a low, wide silhouette to the shelf.

For the hidden hunt, remember the whole profile: around 93.5g, no noticeable up-and-down space, slight front-to-back clearance, and contact at the middle-to-lower sides. That combination is more useful than repeatedly chasing the same scale reading.
