The item shipped after three days and after shipment, I got the item within a week! The item came in perfect condition and the packaging was genuinely so nice; I think I can definitely conclude this as a really good experience, especially as a first time buyer and one who did not make an account. I plan on purchasing from this site in the future when looking for exclusive items.
It arrived broken, which was more than a bit of a bummer for what it cost.
The decoration on the head of this item is very fragile and prone to damage. I will try to find another one for you; if I am unable to do so, I will arrange a refund. I am very sorry about this.

I received an item that was different from what I had ordered. I contacted the shop to report the mistake, and they informed me that they had sent a replacement. However, a short while later, I received that replacement—which was, in fact, a second incorrect item.
Since reporting this, I have been unable to get in touch with the shop.

They arrived early this month, but the main and most expensive item turned out to be the wrong one. I contacted them on the very same day, but apart from a single message saying they would send a replacement, there has been no further action to this day.
It was a very sad and frustrating experience. Whilst this is only one person’s experience, I hope it serves as a point of reference.
