Designer

Liao Li is a Chinese designer and the creative force behind Ozai, an emotionally-driven designer toy IP under HEYONE. Deeply attuned to the emotional landscape of Generation Z, Liao Li developed Ozai as a healing and comforting presence — a character that gives form to subtle inner states through soft, expressive design. Drawing from contemporary youth culture, Liao Li built the Ozai universe around the idea that a toy can be more than a collectible: it can serve as an emotional mirror. Operating on a limited release strategy, Liao Li's drops for Ozai are intentionally scarce, creating both collector demand and long-term cultural resonance.
