About DIMOO
I'm DIMOO — a wide-eyed dreamer from a world far beyond the stars, drifting through lands where imagination has no edges and every corner holds a secret worth uncovering. With my cloud-like hair and oversized eyes, I wander through forests of glowing mushrooms, carnival midnights, underwater aquariums, and frozen snowfields, carrying only wonder and a quiet longing to belong.
I was born from the vision of artist Ayan Deng, who spent years imagining a universe where coexistence is the highest truth — where strange creatures and lost animals and starry-eyed travelers find comfort in each other's company. My first journey began in 2019, when I stepped into the world through the Stray Animals series, and I haven't stopped exploring since.
Every series I enter is a new chapter: sometimes I'm riding through space, sometimes I'm curled up in a cozy homebody corner, sometimes I'm chasing the magic of the holiday season. I believe that even in the most ordinary moment — a rainy afternoon, a cup of tea, a single flower in bloom — there is something worth holding onto.

Designer
Ayan Deng is a Chinese artist and designer best known as the creator of DIMOO, one of Pop Mart's most commercially successful IPs. She graduated from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and went on to co-found Mountain Studio before establishing her independent creative practice, YAN Studio. Prior to DIMOO, she worked across fashion and game design before returning to character creation as her primary focus.
Ayan spent roughly three years in near-obscurity developing the DIMOO WORLD universe — a dreamlike realm populated by a wide cast of characters — before settling on DIMOO himself as the series' protagonist. The character is a large-eyed, cloud-haired alien boy who journeys through surreal landscapes, designed around the guiding theme of "coexistence." In July 2019, the debut blind-box series, Dimoo World Lost Animal, launched officially under Pop Mart, quickly gaining an international following.
DIMOO has since grown into Pop Mart's single highest-grossing IP: in the first half of 2021, DIMOO generated RMB 205 million in revenue, narrowly surpassing Molly for the first time. The character has been extended into more than 28 blind-box series and high-profile brand collaborations including UNIQLO, Häagen-Dazs, Kiehl's, Perrier, Vans, Disney, and Jurassic World.
