Everything arrived safely, very well protected, and the figure is perfect.
I thought the products were lovely and that the company was trustworthy, so I looked forward to their arrival every day.
They arrived early this month, but the main and most expensive item turned out to be the wrong one. I contacted them on the very same day, but apart from a single message saying they would send a replacement, there has been no further action to this day.
It was a very sad and frustrating experience. Whilst this is only one person’s experience, I hope it serves as a point of reference.

The little Lulu piggys I ordered arrived quickly and are just as shown in the pictures! I seriously could not be happier finally getting the ones I always wanted!!!!!!! I can finally have these placed in my little display box :)
So very cute!! Now I finally have a figure of my favorite character. The package arrived in a safe and secure box. You could see the original box has been opened to confirm the character inside, but nothing to be alarmed about as it has been resealed.

I am very disappointed in the fact that while getting out of the plastic wrapping the figure, the tape that sticked her to the wrapping came off with her perleascent finish… 😔 It is a collector’s edition and very expensive, so it’s such a bummer… Other than that, I am overall pleased with how quick the figure was delivered and how cute she is, even with the defects!

In my order the boxes were in pretty bad shape and packaged opened. There was piece of one of the figures missing and have been having a horrible time trying to get any information from toysez. They have made this a horrible experience for a collector.
