The company made a mistake and sent me something different than the donut 🍩 stitch . When I reached out to them, they had absolutely no problems replacing my item AND told me to keep the mistake. Their customer service, their fast reply and more are a pleasant experience bc customer service is not what it use to be. Shop from them. They back up what they say with ease and such friendliness. Second experience with TOYSZ telling the truth first time had problems dealing the shipping of the items. This time everithing came out correctly few days from order to delivery. My daughter excited from receiving the LABUBU SOY MILK. She was proud to fet hanging on her purse. Thanks TOYSZ you re simply the best. You pay something more but you can choose the labubu you want no price for this
The Flask figurine arrived in excellent condition and it was a smooth transaction. Shipping took a little while but I was not in a hurry.
